Prospect Medical Systems, Inc., finalized the purchase of Vantage Medical Group, Los Angeles Medical Center IPA and Cal Care IPA. MSO services transition to Prospect Medical Systems, Inc., effective August 1, 2020.

Our dedicated network relations representatives have been contacting offices to introduce themselves. Over the next few weeks we will forward important contact information and guidance.

During the COVID-19 crisis, virtual meetings and electronic communications are preferred. However, on-site provider office visits may also be coordinated, while adhering to local and regulatory guidelines and recommendations.
